Heartbreak in the Semifinal: Manila Montet Denied!

We still cant believe what we watched. After trailing 4 1 at halftime our boys came back swinging like warriors. Ifeanyi Ulrich and Skinker gave us hope three goals in seven minutes to make it 4 4! For a moment we genuinely thought wed done it. Wed fought back against the impossible.

And then… everything fell apart. Our starting goalkeeper goes down the momentum vanished and Adamson pounced scoring three more goals to crush our dreams 7 4. We get it they had a stacked squad not the usual UAAP team but still our players should have done better. Its so frustrating to see us so close and then just fall apart like that.

As we often say here being the top club in terms of fans and communication is one thing great but we need more success on the field. We need to actually win when it matters not just look good online.

This isnt just a loss. Its a punch in the gut. Its a reminder that even with all our support and effort nothing is guaranteed.

Adamson vs SAS in the final? Fine. Watch out world Manila Montet will be back next year and well make sure everyone remembers that we fight till the very last whistle. And next time… next time we wont let it slip like this.
